With the fast pace of business, updating your QuickBooks file happens a lot! Here are the steps to follow, after your QuickBooks file has been integrated with BusyBusy, to update it without removing that oh-so-valuable connection to BusyBusy.
To avoid the busybusy integration from failing after a QuickBooks software upgrade please follow these steps:
Step 1: With QuickBooks open, open the connector and remove the BusyBusy application.
Step 2: Go to edit >> preference >> the integration application >> company preferences and remove the BusyBusy application.
Step 3: Upgrade QuickBooks.
Step 4: Restart your computer
Step 5: Go to the QuickBooks integration in BusyBusy, disconnect, then refresh the page.
Step 6: Download a new busybusy.qwc file.
Step 7: Open QuickBooks. Open the connector and add a busybusy.qwc file.
