Once your JSA reports are created and shared, it's important to track which employees have reviewed them. BusyBusy makes it easy to view employee sign-offs, timestamps, and version history—all from the web.
This article walks you through how to access and review that information.
How Review Tracking Works
Each time an employee reviews and signs a JSA, either during clock-in or manually through the app BusyBusy logs:
The employee’s name
The date and time they reviewed it
The JSA version they reviewed
This review history is linked to each specific JSA and can be accessed at any time by Admins and others with JSA management permissions.
How to View JSA Reviews
To see who has reviewed a JSA on web:
Go to Safety in the left-hand menu.
Click JSA Reports.
Select the JSA you want to review.
On the right-hand side, click Reviewed By.
This will show a list of all employees who’ve reviewed the JSA, along with the most recent review date for each person.
Viewing Full Review History for an Employee
Want more details on a specific employee’s JSA history?
Click the employee’s name in the Reviewed By list.
This opens their full review history for that JSA, including all prior versions they’ve reviewed and when.
You can also click a version row to view the exact version of the JSA they saw.
Why Review Tracking Matters
Tracking employee reviews ensures that:
Employees are staying compliant with safety protocols.
You can confirm that each person saw the correct, most recent version of the JSA.
Your team has accurate documentation of training and safety briefings for audits or internal review.
