You have your equipment added in busybusy - great! But, what if you need to make changes? Managing your Equipment is a breeze in busybusy. Follow along with this article to learn more!

On the Web
Step One: Find the Equipment You Want to Edit
Click on Equipment in your left side menu.
Click on Status under the Equipment tab.
Click on Show All at the top of the Equipment page.
Click on the name of the equipment you want to edit.
Click Manage in the upper right corner.
Filtering Equipment
In the Filter section on the right, open one of the dropdown menus (Equipment, Type, or Category).
Tip: Use the search box at the top of the Equipment and Category dropdowns to quickly locate specific items by name.
Select your item and click Apply.
Click on the piece of Equipment in the list to view its details.
Note: You can click on Manage in the upper right corner from the main Equipment screen and use the Search bar at the top of the screen to search for the equipment you wish to make changes to, and then click on the equipment to access the Equipment Details.
Step Two: Make Your Edits
Click the details you want to edit.
Click Save when you’re done making your changes.
You can also delete the piece of equipment by clicking on the Delete button in the upper right.
Caution! Make sure you really want to delete the equipment before pressing the Delete button. Once it’s deleted it’s gone forever!
You will be able to update Equipment Inspections and Certifications from the Equipment Details page only if you have Equipment Inspections and Certifications added on to your account.

On Mobile
Step One: Find the Equipment You Want to Edit
Click on the three bars on the top left to open the navigation menu.
Click on Equipment in your left side menu.
Select the name of the equipment you want to edit, or type in the name in the Search bar.
You can filter your search results using the platform-specific menu option:
Android: Tap the funnel icon at the top.
iOS: Tap the All Equipment dropdown at the top.
Use the check boxes to select the type of equipment you are searching for. Click Apply in the top right corner.
Step Two: Make Your Edits
Click the piece of equipment you wish to edit.
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
Make the needed adjustments.
(Optional) You can also add or update the photo of the piece of equipment by clicking on the camera icon and following the prompts.
Don’t forget to click SAVE or Done in the top right corner when you’re finished.
Note: To delete a piece of equipment from within the equipment details page:
Android: Tap the garbage can icon in the upper-right corner.
iOS: Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete.
Once you delete a piece of equipment it’s gone forever so proceed with caution!
