busybusy enhances workplace safety by offering Spanish-language safety trainings. Over 30% of the safety training library is available in Spanish, with more translations being added. This article will guide you through attaching Spanish-language trainings to a scheduled session on both web and mobile, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all employees.

On the Web

  1. Access the Training Library:

    • Log in to busybusy on your web browser.

    • Navigate to Safety and select Training Library.

  2. Use the Filter to Find Spanish Trainings:

    • Click the Filter icon in the Training Library.

    • Select Spanish-Language Trainings to view a list of all available Spanish materials.

  3. Create or Schedule a Training Session:

    • Click Schedule Training or Create New Training.

    • Browse the library to select the training materials you want to include.

  4. Attach Spanish Materials:

    • When creating and scheduling a safety training, the trainings will appear in English by default.

    • If a Spanish version is available, it will be automatically linked to the session. Employees can access the Spanish version as:

      • A link on the web.

      • A toggle option (using the World Icon) on mobile.

    • Save the scheduled training by clicking Save or Schedule.

On Mobile

  1. Access the Training Library:

    • Open the busybusy app and tap Safety in the main navigation menu (or under the three-dot More menu).

    • Select Training Library.

  2. Use the Filter to Find Spanish Trainings:

    • Tap the Filter icon in the library.

    • Select Spanish-Language Trainings to view all trainings with Spanish versions.

  3. Create or Schedule a Training Session:

    • Tap Schedule Training or create a new session.

    • Select the training materials you want to include.

  4. Toggle Between Languages:

    • If a Spanish version is available, employees can toggle between English and Spanish by tapping the World Icon in the top-right corner of the training material.

    • For employees whose devices are set to Spanish, busybusy will automatically display the Spanish version when available.

  5. Pop-Up Notifications:

    • If the selected training does not have a Spanish version, a notification will inform you of its unavailability.

Key Considerations

  • Automatic Language Settings:
busybusy defaults to the device's language settings, ensuring Spanish-speaking employees can seamlessly access training materials in their preferred language.

  • Language Filters:
Use the Language Filter on both web and mobile to easily find Spanish-language trainings.

  • Access After Scheduling:
On the web, Spanish versions will appear as a link once attached to a scheduled training. On mobile, employees can toggle to the Spanish version using the World Icon.

By providing Spanish-language safety trainings, busybusy empowers all employees to access essential safety materials, ensuring inclusivity, improved understanding, and a safer work environment.
