View Equipment Inspection History (Web)
Sign in to BusyBusy on the web.
Click Equipment in the left-hand navigation.
Select Inspections.
Click the Complete tab.
This view shows all submitted equipment inspections across your company.
Filter inspection history
Use filters to narrow down inspection history and find specific records.
You can filter inspection history by:
Equipment
Checklist
Inspector
Inspection type
Condition
Resolution status
Date range
Filters make it easy to review inspections for a specific piece of equipment or time period.
View inspection details
Click into any completed inspection to view full details, including:
Inspection items and results
Notes and photos added during the inspection
Inspector signature
Resolution status and resolution notes (if applicable)
Completed inspections are read-only and cannot be edited.
View inspection history from an equipment profile
Inspection history can also be viewed from an individual equipment record.
Go to Management Lists
Click on Equipment.
Select a piece of equipment.
Scroll down to the Inspections section.
This view shows inspection history specific to that piece of equipment.
