Enable the Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card

The Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card provides a quick summary of inspection activity directly from the BusyBusy Dashboard.

The card displays the number of inspections that were submitted as:

  • Satisfactory

  • Needs Attention

  • Unsatisfactory

Users can click on these totals to quickly review the inspections that make up each count, making it easier to monitor inspection activity and identify potential issues.

Before You Begin

To use the Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card, your company must have access to Equipment Inspections through either:

  • The Operations Module, or

  • The standalone Equipment Inspections add-on

Enable the Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

  2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard.

  3. Scroll down to Equipment Inspections.

  4. Check the box next to Equipment Inspections to enable the dashboard card.

  5. Click Apply at the bottom of the Dashboard Settings window.

Once enabled, the Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card will appear on your Dashboard.

Configure the Time Range

You can choose which time period is displayed on the Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card.

  1. In Dashboard Settings, click the gear icon next to Equipment Inspections.

  2. Select one of the following time ranges:

  • Past 7 Days

  • Past 14 Days

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Pay Period

3. Save your preferred time range.

The Dashboard Card will display inspection totals based on the selected date range.

Reorder the Dashboard Card

You can control where the Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card appears on your Dashboard.

  1. In Dashboard Settings, locate Equipment Inspections.

  2. Click and hold the two vertical lines next to the card.

  3. Drag the card to your preferred location within the Dashboard Settings list.

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.

Using the Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card

The Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card displays the number of inspections that were submitted as:

  • Satisfactory

  • Needs Attention

  • Unsatisfactory

Clicking on any of these totals will open the corresponding inspections, allowing you to quickly review inspection activity and identify issues that may require attention.

Additional Information

  • The Equipment Inspection Dashboard Card is available to customers using Equipment Inspections.

  • Inspection totals are based on the selected time range.

  • Dashboard cards can be reordered to fit your preferred Dashboard layout.

  • Changes to Dashboard Settings are not applied until you click Apply.
