Who Can Access Employee JSA Records?
To view employee JSA records, you must have permission to manage JSAs in the BusyBusy mobile app. If you're not sure whether you have the right permissions, check with your account admin. |

Steps to View JSA Records
Open the BusyBusy App
Launch the mobile app and navigate to the Safety section from the main menu.
Tap the JSA Icon (bottom right)
This will open a list of all available JSA reports.
Select a JSA
Tap the JSA you want to review.
Open Signatures
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner and select Signatures.
View Employee Records
Go to the Employee tab.
You'll see a list of employees who have signed the JSA, along with:
The date and time they signed it
The version of the JSA they reviewed.

Version Tracking
BusyBusy automatically tracks JSA versions. Even if a JSA is edited or updated:
