After creating employees in BusyBusy, they’ll automatically receive an invitation to join, as long as you've included their email and/or phone number.
If you’d prefer not to notify employees right away, you have the option to disable the Auto-Invite feature.

How to Change Your Auto-Invite Settings on the Web
From the left navigation menu, go to Settings.
Click on Other.
Select Auto Invite New Employees.
Choose your preferred setting:
Don’t Invite – if you don’t want employees to be automatically invited after creation.
Email – to notify them via email.
Text – to notify them via text message.
Email/Text – to notify them via both methods.
Click Update to save your changes.
How to Change Your Auto-Invite Settings on Mobile
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Company.
Select Auto-Invite Employees.
Choose your preferred option (Don’t Invite, Email, Text, or Email/Text).
