Need a clearer picture of how much time off your team is taking throughout the year? The new Yearly view in Time Off reporting gives admins and managers an easy way to see total employee leave at a glance.
This view makes it simple to track Paid and Unpaid Time Off totals, verify payroll data, and plan workloads more effectively.
Currently, the Yearly Report is available on BusyBusy Web and appears when you filter the report to a specific employee.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
Company Admin, Manager, or Payroll permissions
Access to BusyBusy Web (the Yearly view is not available on mobile yet)
Time Off features enabled in your company settings
A Pro or Premium subscription
Steps
1. Open the Time Off Report
Sign in to BusyBusy Web.
From the left navigation menu, click More.
Select Time Off.
2. Change the Report View to “Yearly”
In the Settings area on the right side, change the second drop-down menu to Yearly.
You can also select a specific employee by using the first drop-down menu in the Filter on the right side.
Click Apply
The report will refresh to display all time off entries for the selected employee within the chosen year.
3. Review Totals for Paid and Unpaid Time Off
When viewing a single employee’s report in Yearly mode, the top of the page displays a summary header with:
Total Paid Hours
Total Unpaid Hours
This provides a quick, at-a-glance view of how much time off the employee has taken throughout the year.
5. Export or Review Details
You can export or print this report by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top right of the report.
The Yearly Time Off report helps you keep track of employee leave with ease and accuracy. It’s a simple way to ensure everything adds up correctly throughout the year.
