View Employee Certifications on Web

This article walks you through the ways you can view employee certifications on the web version of BusyBusy as well as printing employee certifications.

As a manager or administrator, you can view certification records for your employees directly from BusyBusy on the web.

You can also print or export certification records to share with auditors, clients, or safety managers.

There are two ways to access this information, depending on whether you want a company-wide overview or a single employee’s details.

  • Option 1 is best when you want to monitor expiration dates and compliance across the whole company as well as print certifications.

  • Option 2 is best when you’re checking or managing certifications for a single employee.

Option 1: View from Certification Status Dashboard

  1. Sign in to BusyBusy on the web.

  2. From the left side menu, go to Verification → Certification Status.

  3. Use the filters on the right hand side to locate an employee or certification type.

  4. Click an employee certification to see details such as issue date, expiration date, and documentation uploads.

Option 2: View from Employee Profile

  1. Go to Management Lists → Employees.

  2. Select the employee you want to review.

  3. Click the Certifications tab on their profile.

  4. You’ll see a list of all certifications for that employee, including:

    • Certification Name

    • Issued / Last Renewed Date

    • Expiration Date

    • Documentation (photos or PDFs, with option to view previous uploads)

Print Certification Records

BusyBusy now allows you to print or export certification records directly from the web app for easier reporting, auditing, and documentation sharing.

How to Print a Certification

  1. From Verification → Certification Status, open the certification record you want to print.

  2. Click Printer Icon in the top right corner of the Certification Status dialog.

  3. Click the Print button in the top right corner.

Printed records include:

  • Employee name

  • Certification name

  • Issue and expiration dates

  • Attached documentation (including photos, PDFs, or DOCX files)

How to Print Multiple Certifications

  1. From the Certification Status view, select one or more certifications using the checkboxes.

  2. Click the Printer Icon.

  3. Print a report that includes all selected records.

This makes it simple to prepare reports for clients, safety inspections, or company-wide compliance reviews.

Best Practices

  • Use the Employee Profile view when updating or verifying a specific person’s certifications.

  • Always encourage employees to upload documentation early so you have a complete record before certifications expire.

Tip: BusyBusy keeps previous uploads on file. Open the certification and click View Previous Uploads to see older documentation with timestamps.
