Supervisors can now view their crew’s certifications directly from the BusyBusy mobile app, giving them real-time visibility into compliance and readiness before assigning work or operating equipment.

How to View Crew Certifications
Open the BusyBusy mobile app.
Tap Supervisor Tools → Certifications.
You’ll see a list of employees assigned to your crew.
Select an employee to view their certifications.
Tap any certification to view full details which include:
Certification Name
Issued / Expiration Dates
Status indicators (Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired)
Uploaded documentation (.jpg, .png, .pdf, .docx)
Permissions
To view crew certifications, a supervisor’s position must be set to one of the following:
View Crew – can view employee certifications but cannot add, renew, or delete them.
Manage – full access to view, add, edit, renew, or delete certifications.
