The Certification Dashboard cards give you a quick overview of your company’s certification compliance. From the main dashboard, you can see which certifications are expiring soon and which have already expired, without needing to open the full Certification Status page.
Where to Find the Dashboard Cards
On the Dashboard in BusyBusy Web.
Look for the Certifications card alongside your other dashboard widgets.
What the Cards Show
The Certifications card has two sections:
Expiring Certifications – Certifications that will expire within the next 30 days.
Expired Certifications – Certifications that have already lapsed.
The dates used here match the employee notifications (30 days, 10 days, and day of expiration). These dates are fixed and do not require any additional settings.
How to Use the Dashboard Cards
Click directly on a number in the card to open the Certification Status page with the correct filter applied.
Use this view to quickly see which employees need to renew their certifications.
Follow up with employees directly, or manage the renewals yourself if your position has Manage Certifications permission.
Customize Dashboard Cards
By default, the certification cards are turned on. You can disable or reposition them:
On the Dashboard, click the gear icon.
Find Certifications in the list.
To disable, uncheck the box.
To reorder, click and hold the Certifications card, then drag it to a new position.
Click Apply to save your changes.
Best Practices
Keep the Certifications card near the top of your dashboard if compliance is part of your role.
Use the card daily for a quick compliance check, and the full Certification Status page for deeper review.
Even if the card is disabled, you can always access all certification details under Verification → Certification Status.
Employees receive notifications on mobile when their own certifications are expiring, so the dashboard card is a great way to confirm who should already be aware.
