Supported File Types for Certification Uploads

BusyBusy supports multiple file formats for certification documentation, making it easy to upload photos, scanned documents, or digital training certificates from both web and mobile.

Supported File Types

You can upload the following file formats when adding or renewing certifications:

  • .jpg – Good for quick mobile photos.

  • .png – High-quality image option.

  • .pdf – Ideal for official documents and multi-page certificates.

  • .docx – Accepts Word-based certificates or HR documents.

Where You Can Upload Files

On Web

  1. Go to Verification → Certification Status → New Record or Renew.

  2. Use the Upload Documentation section to attach your file.

  3. Supported formats will appear automatically.

On Mobile

  1. Go to More → Certifications.

  2. Tap ➕ Add or Renew.

  3. Choose a file from your phone or take a photo.

  4. Upload .jpg, .png, .pdf, or .docx files directly.
    ​

Tips for Better Uploads

  • Use PDFs for full training certificates or scanned documents.

  • Use JPG or PNG for quick photos of cards or wallet-sized licenses.

  • Make sure the text is legible before uploading.

  • Keep file names clear (e.g., “Forklift_Operator_JoeSmith.pdf”).

  • Replace outdated documentation as part of the renewal process.
