The Remember Signature feature in BusyBusy helps you save time by securely storing your digital signature so it can automatically fill in the next time you need to sign a document. It’s especially helpful for supervisors and team leads who frequently sign timecards, JSAs, and safety reports.

When enabled, this feature remembers the digital signature you enter and applies it automatically when you’re prompted to sign future documents. There’s no need to re-draw your signature each time—just review and submit.

Enable Remember Signature
The next time you’re asked to sign something in BusyBusy, you’ll see an option labeled "Remember Signature." To use it:
Sign the document as you normally would.
Turn on the Remember Signature toggle in the lower left corner before submitting.
Your signature will be saved to your account and auto-filled next time.
This setting is tied to your BusyBusy user account, so it only applies when you're logged in.

Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
Timecards
Safety Trainings
Field Reports
Security and Privacy:
Your saved signature is securely stored within your user account and will only auto-fill when you’re signed in. |
How to Change or Update Your Signature
To update your stored signature, simply sign a new document using the updated version and enable the Remember Signature toggle again. Your most recent saved signature will replace the old one.
