This allows you to quickly apply pre-operation, post-operation, or routine inspections across your fleet without updating each piece of equipment individually.

Assign Inspections to Multiple Equipment (Web)
Use this method to assign inspection checklists to multiple pieces of equipment at once.
Steps:
Go to Management Lists
Click Equipment
Select the equipment you want to update
You can select multiple pieces of equipment from the list
After selecting the projects, click the three dots (•••) menu at the top of the page in the grey banner
Choose the type of inspection to assign:
Select the checklist you want to assign
Click Save
The selected inspection checklist will now be applied to all selected equipment.
What Happens After Bulk Assignment
The selected inspection checklist is assigned to all selected equipment
Operators will be prompted to complete inspections based on the type assigned
Pre- and post-operation inspections appear during clock-in/out
Routine inspections follow scheduled intervals
All equipment will now follow the same inspection requirements

What if I don’t see the checklist I want to assign?
The checklist must first be created in the Inspection Library before it can be assigned.
Will this replace existing inspections on the equipment?
Yes. Assigning a checklist will update the inspection setup for the selected equipment.

Yes. You can assign checklists for pre-operation, post-operation, or routine inspections.
