When the PPE Scan is enabled, BusyBusy automatically checks employee clock in/out photos for required PPE. You can review these results in the Photo Verification report on the web.
Steps to View PPE Scan Results:
Log in to BusyBusy on the web.
From the left navigation menu click on Verification → Photo Verification.
Use the filter on the right side to refine results by date, employee, employee group, position, etc.
Review the PPE column for each entry:
Passed — All required PPE detected.
Failed — Required PPE missing.N/A — PPE Scan not enabled for that position or action.
Click an entry to view details, including:
Original and comparison photos.
List of required PPE items and their scan results.
Any employee comments explaining a failed scan.
N/A means PPE Scan not enabled or required for that position or action.
What Happens Next
If PPE is missing, the system records the failure but does not prevent clock actions.
Supervisors can follow up directly with employees for safety compliance.
