Need to update your credit card information? Here are the easy steps to do just that!
From the Web:
From your Left Navigation Menu, select Settings
On the left of the screen, select Subscription
Click anywhere in the box titled Payment Method
Enter updated card information and select Update

Credit card information can only be updated from the Web. You can not update this info from your phone or other mobile device. |
How do I know if my card was declined?
busybusy will email you if a payment fails. If you can't find that email, check your current balance and payment status under Settings > Subscription, or contact busybusy support to confirm.
