View Equipment Inspection History (Mobile)

Equipment Inspections keep a record of inspections completed in the field. Inspection history allows employees, supervisors, and administrators to review past inspections, check equipment condition, and confirm whether issues were resolved.

View Equipment Inspection History (Mobile)

  1. Open the BusyBusy mobile app.

  2. Tap on the 3 stacked lines in the top left

  3. Tap Reports.

  4. Select Equipment Inspections.

This screen shows inspection activity available to you based on your permissions.

Switch between inspection views

At the top of the screen, you can switch between different views:

  • My Inspections – Shows inspections assigned to you or completed by you.

  • All Inspections – Shows inspections completed by all employees (Manage permission required).

You can also switch between:

  • Upcoming inspections

  • Completed inspections

Filter inspection history

Use filters to narrow down inspection history and find specific records.

You can filter inspections by (tap on the funnel icon in the top right to use Filters):

  • Equipment

  • Checklist

  • Assigned To

Filters make it easy to locate inspections for a specific piece of equipment or time period.

View inspection details

Tap any completed inspection to view full details, including:

  • Inspection items and results

  • Notes and photos added during the inspection

  • Inspector signature

  • Resolution status and notes (if applicable)

Completed inspections are read-only and cannot be edited.

Important things to know

  • Only completed inspections appear in the inspection history.

  • Skipped inspections do not create records and will not appear.

  • Inspection history includes both resolved and unresolved inspections.

After reviewing the inspection history on mobile, you can continue managing inspections on the web if needed.
