Here’s how to manage your Chemical and PPE lists in busybusy on both web and mobile platforms.

Managing Chemical and PPE Lists on Web
Access the JSA Reports Window:
Log in to busybusy on your web browser and click on Safety in the left-hand navigation menu, then select JSA Reports.
Open Management Options:
Click on the three-dot menu (stacked dots) in the upper-right corner of the JSA Reports window.
Select Manage Chemicals or Manage PPE.
Add New Chemicals or PPE:
Click the Add button in the upper-left corner.
Enter the name of the Chemical or PPE item.
Click Submit to save.
Edit or Remove Items:
To edit, click on an existing item, update its name, and save.
To delete an item, select it and choose the Delete option.
Use Lists During JSA Creation:
When creating or editing a JSA, you can quickly select items from your Chemical or PPE lists.

Access the JSA Reports Section:
Open the busybusy mobile app and tap on Safety from the main navigation menu (or under the three-dot More menu).
Open Management Options:
Tap on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the JSA Reports window.
Select Manage Chemicals or Manage PPE.
Add New Chemicals or PPE:
Tap the + icon.
Enter the name of the Chemical or PPE item.
Tap Save to confirm.
Edit or Remove Items:
To edit, tap on an item, update its name, and save.
To delete an item, select it and tap the Delete option.
Use Lists During JSA Creation:
While creating or editing a JSA, tap the + icon in the Chemical or PPE sections to select items from your lists.
If a required item is missing, tap Manage Chemicals or Manage PPE directly from the JSA creation window to add it.
