Time Off → Slack

When a Time Off Request is submitted, send a Slack message to the HR team.

Projects → Google Sheets

When a new project is created in BusyBusy, add a new row to a project tracking spreadsheet.

Equipment → QuickBooks

When new equipment is added, create a corresponding entry in QuickBooks for cost tracking.

Tips

  • The list of Triggers and Actions continues to grow. Check Zapier’s BusyBusy Integration Page for the most current version.

  • You can chain multiple steps in a single Zap to create more complex workflows.

  • Some apps in Zapier require paid accounts for multi-step automations—review Zapier’s plan details before building advanced Zaps.
